A estas \u00faltimas imagenes est\u00e1 asociada la investigaci\u00f3n que Marta Rodr\u00edguez y Lucas Silva realizan sobre la expansi\u00f3n de la amapola en la regi\u00f3n del Cauca y los problemas que esta planta trae a las comunidades ind\u00edgenas y la preservaci\u00f3n de su cultura. Se evidencia el trabajo de los ind\u00edgenas con la planta en los cultivos ilicitos y como se recoge la savia de la flor. Im\u00e1genes que intercalan en su contenido con entrevistas de Marta a la comunidad. De esta actividad y este dilema cultural participan mujeres, ancianos y ni\u00f1os que comparten su percepci\u00f3n sobre esta problem\u00e1tica y su conciencia sobre la presi\u00f3n de Estados Unidos en el uso de tierras y programas de fumigaci\u00f3n.
